Victoria has been in full-time ministry for the last four years and has worked to pioneer new ministry teams and fields. She currently leads a team of workers pursuing disciple and church multiplication in Northwest London. Victoria is passionate about Breakout because it not only reaches young people with the gospel, but it looks beyond the camp to the long-term impact of the Kingdom in communities. A fun fact about Victoria is that, while growing up in rural Texas, she had a pet possum (albeit only for one day as it escaped).
Alex Yarlett is the Pastor of Falmouth Light and life Church as well as being a Contemporary Artist and Spurs supporter. Alex is passionate about see the work of God transform lives and communities and has spent the past 15 years engage in ministry and mission in a variety of local and regional settings. He believes that Breakout is such a unique and creative ministry that can strategically help and support Churches to engage in mission in towns, villages and cities across the uk and beyond.
Esther is the Prayer Leader of the Free Methodist Church in the UK & Ireland and is passionate about building church. She is involved in organisations that help people find out more about Jesus, particularly camps for young people! Her own experiences of encountering God in fields as a teenager led to a life-long love of helping other people to experience that too. In her own home-grown youth group (also known as her family household) she likes to drink tea, read books and avoid as much cooking as possible.
